There is a lot of things happening on Halloween this Saturday. Why not start out the day at the Binghamton Zoo?

On Saturday, the Binghamton Zoo will have a special Enrichment Day, focusing on giving pumpkins to a number of our animals as a new and different object to experience.

Enrichment is the process of providing stimulating objects, smells, sounds, or other stimuli to animals in order for them to demonstrate their natural behavior.

It allows them to have fun while experiencing something new and intriguing. Animals will receive carved pumpkins, pumpkin pinatas, and other fall themed items.

Enrichment Day Schedule:
11:00 am- Tigers
12:00 pm- Andean Bear
Throughout the day: Lemur, howler monkey, red panda, wolves, otters, and more!

The Binghamton Zoo will be open this Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, with the gates closing at 4:00 pm.

The Binghamton Zoo is located at 60 Morgan Road in Binghamton. The Zoo will only be open on the weekends through the end of November.
