It's time to start thinking about warmer weather and racing. The Daytona 500 is a little over a week away on Sunday, February 26th. However we don't need to wait that long to get our racing fix.

How about taking a scenic drive to Watkins Glen on Saturday (2/18) for the re-scheduled talk on Drivers Walk of Fame at the International Motor Racing Research Center (IMRRC).

The careers of 15 racers will be honored in the Watkins Glen Drivers Walk of Fame when International Motor Racing Research Center Historian Bill Green kicks off the annual Center Conversations speaker series.

Joining Green for discussion will be fellow members of the Watkins Glen Historic Racing Committee Jim Scaptura and Rick Hughey. The spotlighted drivers represent all decades in Watkins Glen's racing history and all race series.

The talk was originally planned for January 21st. It was re-scheduled after the death of Center founder Jean Argetsinger. The presentation will begin at 1pm.

The IMRRC is located at 610 S. Decatur St. in Watkins Glen. You can't make it? Good news the talk will be live streamed here.
