Dad Dresses as Spider Man to Cheer Up Terminally Ill Son [WATCH]

A British man recently transformed himself into Spider-Dad to give his terminally ill son an unforgettable birthday surprise.

Jayden, who's battling a grade 4 brain stem tumor and has been given an average of a year to live, loves Spider-Man, which is why his dad went all out.

Mike Wilson, dressed as Spider-Man and  jumped down from the roof of his house to greet his son, Jayden, on the little boy’s fifth birthday. “Are you Jayden?” he asked, and then continued, “Man, it’s good to see you buddy.”
