Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say they were called to the store on June 28th and found the suspects had fled on motorcycles.  Deputies found 36-year-old Neceya Coda walking away from a motorcycle parked at another nearby business and he provided officers with a false name before fleeing on foot.

Coda was found later at another nearby business and was taken into custody without further incident. Deputies say they found he had controlled substances, a digital scale, packaging material, stolen property and cash in his possession.

Coda is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia, obstruction of governmental administration, two counts of petit larceny and criminal impersonation.

He was sent to the Cortland County Jail on $6,000 bail.
