Businesses Come Together for Local Organization

The annual YMCA corporate Challenge will bring several businesses in our community together for some healthy competition at SUNY Broome on Thursday.

This Thursday afternoon over 50 local businesses which includes close to 1000 participants, will meet at SUNY Broome campus to compete in four athletic events designed to promote good sportsmanship and fun competition. This is all while raising funds for local YMCA programs and services in our community.

I have been the emcee of this event for the past several years and look forward to seeing the many local businesses that show up year after year, and compete in these four events that include the 5K, Executive Mile, Predicted Mile, and Team Relay.

Many of these area businesses have been with us since the start and continue to support the event each year.
The public is welcome to attend and provide support the event starts at 4:30p.
