Are you looking to find good deals on items while helping to raise money for the local governments?

This Saturday the 26th you can find it at the annual Broome-Tioga Public Auction. It'll be at the Broome County Highway Garage on Thomas Street in Chenango.

It lets municipalities and school districts sell used, surplus and not needed supplies, materials and equipment. It  includes cars, trucks, heavy equipment, bicycles, office equipment, recreational equipment and more.

All items are sold as is, with no warranties and are be removed as soon as the auction is complete. The auctioneer will release titles to the vehicles when the buyer's check has cleared.

Public inspection and registration begins at 8am. The vehicle and equipment portions begins at 10am and the non-vehicle portion will begin around 11am.
