Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force raided the apartment at 296 Main Street on Monday, December 28 and confiscated around 38 grams of cocaine, 15 grams of fentanyl, 5 grams of the club drug “Molly”, also known as Ecstasy or MDMA, drug packaging materials and around $1,400 in suspected drug sales proceeds.

In addition to the drug possession and other counts, Poole had an active arrest warrant from Broome County court for outstanding felony narcotics charges from a previous Task Force investigation.

Under the New York State Bail Reform Law, Stevens was released and ordered to appear in Binghamton City Court at a later date while Barnes and Poole were sent to the Broome County Jail.
