Cabin Fever got you down? Nothing screams spring quite like snow, which we've seen more of this week than we did all winter, but warmer days are on the way!

If the soon to come warmer weather is calling your name and if your wish-list of home and garden wants keeps growing by the minute, you won’t want to miss the chance to get out of the house and learn how to turn your home and garden dreams into reality with the help of the 2016 Home and Garden Show!

I love this time of year because it’s when everything begins new and when we start spending more time outdoors (when we're not getting freak spring snow showers!). But if your outdoor area is like mine, and lacking appeal, you’ll definitely want to check out the Home and Garden Show for inspiration, tips and tricks.

I have so many lofty ideas for my yard, including converting the back fenced in section into a play haven for my son and the little girl who lives above me, but I don't even know where to start, so I'm excited to take some photos to show to the experts and see what they recommend.

The 2016 Home and Garden show happens this weekend at Binghamton University’s Events Center, Saturday (April 9th) from 9am-7pm and Sunday (April 10th) from 10am-4pm.

Admission rates apply, however parking is free and there will be all sorts of things for the whole family to do and see.
