Binghamton Gets A New Layer of Pavement

It was an outstanding sight today as I walked outside to see what the noise was. After so many years of driving on the wash board we called Court Street, we've finally received a fresh pavement! From what I can tell, portions of Court and State Streets have a new two inch thick layer of beautiful roadway. Not a crack or pothole to be found! While talking to one of the workers she said that she hoped the snowplows won't do too much damage to the new blacktop because Court and State streets really needed it. I agree!
