Bob Joseph from our sister station, WNBF first reported that Democratic Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders is bringing his town hall meeting to Binghamton's Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena Monday (April 11) at 10am. All seats are first come first served.

This will not be the first time the Senator appeared in the Binghamton area.  Sanders was once a professor at Binghamton University.  It's interesting to note that Bernie Sanders in 1990 sounded quite a bit like the Presidential Candidate of 2016.  Click HERE to read the story.

Crowds to see Senator Sanders speak have set records across the country, attracting crowds second only to the Republican Presidential front runner Donald Trump.

The passionate crowds Bernie attracts are always respectful and orderly.  His audiences come to hear his inspiring message and show their support.  If you go, you might want to get there early as seats are expected to go fast here in Binghamton.  Doors will open at 7am at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena.
