Benefit for Marine Veteran With Pancreatic Cancer
We all know someone that has served and helped to make our world a better place. Now is your chance to help a Marine combat veteran in his fight against pancreatic cancer.
Eric Bellamy is fighting a tough enemy but with your help, he won't be fighting alone. This Saturday is a benefit for Eric at the American Legion Post 1194 in Hillcrest.
He found out he has stage three pancreatic cancer in June and here's your chance to help him in his struggle and to support him. There will be a BIKE RUN, spaghetti dinner, a Henna tattoo artist, face painting, live music and more.
The BIKE RUN will meet at Lowe's on Front Street in Binghamton at 10 a.m. with kickstands up at 10:30 a.m. $20 a bike, $10 for a passenger and the cost includes food, non-alcoholic drinks and desserts.
The benefit for Bellamy at the Hillcrest Legion will begin at noon and will go until 7 p.m. This will help with his medical costs and to help his 10 year old daughter, Leah, during these hard times.
Everyone who knows him knows that has always helped everyone else all the time, so now is a great time to give back to him and his daughter.
