8 Things to Avoid Handing out on Halloween

If you've been waiting to get closer to Halloween before buying candy to hand out to trick-or-treaters, you might want to get on it because we're not going to get much closer to the day than we are right now.

Remember when you were a kid and how much you loved Halloween? The excitement of getting dressed up with intense, but going door-to-door for treats, that was the highlight of your year next to Christmas.

I'm sure there was at least one year that you went trick-or-treating and not only didn't you make off with as much loot as you anticipated but that most of what you did collect wasn't the kind of candy that you were hoping for. It's happened to all of us, but which of us wants to be the one to do the same to a new generation of kids?

If you want to make a kid smile and give them a treat that they're sure to love, Tech Times says that these are the worst treats that you can possibly buy, so avoid them! Pennies, junky plastic toys that break as soon as touched, bubble gum, Whoppers, wax lips, apples, toothbrushes, and Dum Dums.
