Broome County Executive Debbie Preston and Real Property Director David Hamlin announced details of the upcoming auction of 19 tax foreclosure properties in the City of Binghamton and throughout Broome County.

The Auction is Thursday, June 26th at the Holiday Inn, 2-8 Hawley Street, Binghamton starting at 6pm.  Auction bidders must register between 4:30pm and 6pm that evening.

Properties include single family homes, multi-family homes, warehouses, commercial buildings, vacant lots and more.  All properties are sold as is.

There's a 36,000 square foot commercial building that is ready for occupancy in Endicott.  You can tour this building at an open house Tuesday, June 24th from 4pm to 5:30pm at 140 Washington Avenue in Endicott.
