  • Interested in where the future of technology is going? On August 4th from 8 to 10 pm join Keith Werkman at Kopernik for a presentation on how technology might affect our lives! You will get to discuss artificial intelligence, robotics and much more!
  • On August 4th at Chenango Valley State Park Deputies for Dimes will be hosting their 30th and final golf tournament! Don't miss this fun filled day for a great cause! The funds raised will support prenatal programs for stronger and healthier babies! For more info call 607-222-8603.
  • Come join the Endwell United Methodist Church, 3301 Watson Blvd in Endwell, for the second annual night out! The event will take place on August 1st from 4:30-8 pm. National night out is a community-building campaign to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live.
  • Do you like gadgets, widgets and gizmos? Perfect! Until August 4th Kopernik is having an engineering camp from 8 am to 3 pm. Students will learn about electronics, circuit design and create a variety of electronic devices! Only available to children in grades 6 to 8 and tuition includes a 20 dollar service fee.
  •  Kansas City BBQ Society Competitors Series Contest and Tasting Event. The SECOND ANNUAL Binghamton BBQ Bash is Saturday, July 29th at Traditions at the Glen from Noon to 5pm! This is not your average food festival! Your favorite area restaurants and caterers will battle it out to see who truly has the best BBQ around. KCBS Judge’s Choice and People’s Choice Awards General admission includes 10 “tasting tickets” to be exchanged for samples of competitor’s food, Craft Beer Tasting and Access to Cash Bars and Live Music all day!
  • Parent’s Night Out American Legion, post 1254 1 Grace St Binghamton Ny (607) 797-0885 $5.00 per child. Parent’s drop your kids off at the American Legion, post 1254 for a night to yourselves. American Legion will provide all snacks: Pizza, Popcorn, Snow Cones, juice, and water. Please bring your child’s sleeping bags, pillows, and a blanket as we will be having a movie that will be playing. Movie: A Dog’s Purpose Activities: Face Painting, Fingernail Painting, arts, crafts, and games All Children MUST be 4 years and older, and potty trained.All children MUST be registered with the American Legion. Registration will begin on June 30, and will go on until July 20.
