In the digital media heavy, cellphone in hand world we live in he probably should've known better. Or maybe he doesn't care... Who knows. However the fact remains while in Atlanta a woman decided to grab onto Tim and not let go. She didn't have ahold of the family jewels as some websites have reported but he did swat her head.

If it were me... I would've beckoned security and stood still until she was removed.

Tim's rep told TMZ:

"Tim was singing out in the audience and someone firmly grabbed onto his leg and wouldn’t let go as he was moving through the crowd. He instinctively swatted to try to keep them from ripping his jeans (which they succeeded at doing!), and so he could get to more fans who could slap hands with him before the end of the show"

Now. My question is this: Did he have the right to smack her? If... Let's say a male fan grabbed hold of his wife's leg and held her at bay we would applaud her, or even Tim being the aggressor to get hands off her.
