I don't have to tell you about cabin fever and the long dreary Southern Tier Winter.  With Spring officially here, well that's what the calendar says anyway, here are some family-friendly happenings to put on your calendar from Binghamton's popular Discovery Center.

March 28th -  The Discovery Center of the Southern Tier hosts its annual Egg-stra Special Egg Hunt Saturday March 28, all day, at the center as well as all the programs and events to keep families busy, entertained and happy during the school Spring Break.

March 30- April 3 - Spring Break activities are free from 11-2, with paid admission to the museum.

April 17th - Sowing the Seeds Spring Fling Dinner Dance is a favorite fundraiser that takes place at the Terra Cotta in Binghamton.

We are very lucky to have the Discovery Center in the Southern Tier.  The center is known for how it serves and adds culture to the area as a draws families from all over and enhances the appeal of the area, aiding in the region's economic health and future development.

For a complete list of fun Spring and Summer activities, check the Discovery Center web site at TheDiscoveryCenter.org.
