Smart Parking Ramps Tell You if a Spot is Open

I don't know how many times I have trolled through the parking ramps in Binghamton and was so excited to see a GREAT spot was open, only to find a pocket sized car hiding in the spot. If all ramps were to adopt this policy we would save a TON of time. Just keep going until you see a green light! No more slow driving to find a level full... happiness is an L.E.D. light away people!
