The best part in this letter is the area that says "Order to avoid any complications in the processing of payment, we ask you this official notice to keep dscrete." C'mon foreign scam artist! If you were the the lottery you'd want to make a whole lot of noise and press about the winner so MORE people play your lottery and you get MORE income for your state or country... Don't fall for this stuff my friends!! If you call to claim your prize they'll ask for your bank account information to "transfer your winnings" and then they will empty your entire bank account. You won't even have enough money to buy a gumball when the mysterious Netherlands Lottery is through with you!
