B-Sens, Colin Greening, redirected a slap shot from Alex Grant with 43 seconds left in regulation against Lehigh Valley. Aaron Johnson wins it for Binghamton with 11 seconds left in OT to help the Sens win 4-3. Read all about it here.

On Friday, the Sens return home for 'Power to the Purple Night'.

You may have heard the sad story about how Binghamton Senators Head Coach, Luke Richardson's daughter, Daron lost her life to suicide. Luke has formed a non-profit group called, 'Do It For Daron' or D.I.F.D.

Since then, Coach Richardson and his wife, Stephanie, have been on a mission to educate the community about mental health issues and that's why they've teamed up with the B-Sens and the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier to form 'Power to the Purple'. Purple was Daron's favorite color.

You can buy $15 tickets with $2 being donated to the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier. This ticket special is available at the B-Sens Executive Office or online here.

D.I.F.D. is about inspiring parents to talk to their kids about mental health and promote mental health well-being. Stop by the D.I.F.D. raffle ticket table to enter into the FREE jersey raffle for the Special D.I.F.D.-themed jerseys that will be worn on Friday.

Everyone is encouraged to wear purple in support of youth mental health. Come early and visit local agency tables on the concourse where information is available for those in need.

Face-off is at 7:05 against Hershey.  Immediately following the game, everyone who wears purple will be asked to come to the ice to form the shape of a heart and have their photo taken.

I'll be doing 'Chuck-a-Puck' with my purple shirt on and I hope to see you wearing purple as well.
