New Emoticon Is Hard To Type But Is Everywhere

You may have noticed an Emoticon floating around the internet latley and like I was, you were left wondering what is was and how to type it. well here it is:

It's called "The Smug Shrug" or Shruggie, and was inspired by Kanye West. With his egotistical mannerisms, this emoticon is not a new emoticon. Computer users everywhere have been making these out of punctuation for quite some time. However it has become a trend! Denny's has even started using it for advertising:

I can mean, "I don't care" or "whatever" but your best bet is to copy it and add it to a keyboard shortcut because it contains Chinese characters. So its a pain in the butt to type!
