Mystery Hero Saves Man From Burning House Then Vanishes

When I first heard about this all I could think about was last week's episode of 'The Flash,' the new CW series. In the episode, The Flash rushes into burning buildings to save people and then just as quickly vanishes. The difference between The Flash and this is that this is a real life story.

As a house in Fresno, California went up in flames, a woman outside the home was frantic because her sick father was still inside. Then, out of the blue came a man carrying the woman's father, 73-year-old Robert Wells, who uses an oxygen tank,  to safety.

The hero in question reportedly went to a hospital before checking out. His identity remains a mystery. Robert Wells is definitely grateful for the mystery man's courage, saying, "Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
