I’ve been in love with Keith Urban since I first heard him singing “Somebody Like You” on the radio.  The year was 2002 and I was living in Vermont and head over heels for a silly boy.  I was sure Keith wrote that song just for me and the guy I was with. Our summer romance didn’t last, but my love affair with Keith Urban’s music has remained strong, so I’m incredibly excited that he’s got new music coming out.

Keith’s new album will be called Fuse, which isn’t all that surprising because Keith’s summer tour is called Light the Fuse and the album will be in stores on September 10th.  This will be Keith’s first studio release since 2010.

Keith said he really wanted to challenge himself musically and expand the boundaries while keeping true to who he is, so to make that happen, Keith worked with various producers including Jay Joyce, who produces Eric Church and Little Big Town; Taylor Swift's right hand, Nathan Chapman; and his longtime collaborator, Dann Huff.

If you're interested in seeing Keith in concert, the closest concert to Binghamton so far that he's got scheduled is in Canandaigua on August 9th with Little Big Town and Dustin Lynch.
