It’s that time of year when Salvation Army Bell Ringers are out in full force. Here's a little something to think about the next time you spot a bell ringer while out shopping- I'm betting it might change the way you think about them if you're not a fan.

25-year-old Jesse Allsbrooks isn't just a bell ringer. He's also a homeless man from Waco, Texas.

Considering he doesn’t have a roof over his head, you would think Jesse wouldn't have a lot to give and you'd probably think he'd be someone in need, right?

Well, Jesse doesn't see it that way.

"I'm homeless, but it's not a bad thing, I'm ringing bells with the Salvation Army," Jesse says. "It's a blessing to give back to people who need things more than me."
