Former ‘Bachelor’ Contestant Gia Allemand Dead at 29

Gia Allemand, who appeared on season 14 of The Bachelor, has died.

TMZ says Gia hanged herself and that her boyfriend, NBA player Ryan Anderson, found her hanging and unconscious in her home and immediately called 911.

The 29-year-old model was hospitalized in New Orleans on Monday and placed on life support. Earlier this week, a friend tweeted that Gia was "barely breathing" and the cause was "unknown.

Gia’s Mom and boyfriend were at her side when she died.

After hearing the news, celebrities took to Twitter to express their sadness:
