‘First Responders’ Night With the Binghamton Mets

It's the battle of the best in the East and West Divisions and a possible playoff preview. Binghamton spots Bowie 2 runs in the 1st, after that it's all B-Mets. They rout Bowie, 9-2.

In fact, the B-Mets are now tied with Bowie for the best record in all the Eastern League.

Tonight they'll break the tie on Thirsty Thursday/First Responders Night. The B-Mets salute local firemen, policemen and EMTS personnel .                   

All officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, and other medical personnel can get 4 free tickets when you show your badge at the B-Mets box office. 1st pitch is at 6:35.

Tomorrow, the Trenton Thunder come to NYSEG Stadium for 3 games including back-to-back Firework Nights on Friday and Saturday.

Friday is also a Buddy Kid's Club Night. There will be a pre-game Q&A with the players beginning at 6:15. 1st pitch is at 7:05. Saturday is a special Fireworks on Hockey Night. 1st pitch also is at 7:05.

Wrap up the weekend at NYSEG Stadium on Sunday with Princess Day at the Ballpark and a post-game catch on the field. Bring a glove and a baseball and you can play catch on the field for 30 minutes after the game. 1st pitch is at 1:05.
