Just when you thought the Easter Bunny was on to other things by now, I learn he is returning to Binghamton Saturday April 11th for the (almost) annual Easter Egg Hunt at Binghamton's Columbus Park beginning at 12:30pm.  Organizers chose the "post Easter date" to maximize the chance for better weather.

This is a project of Neighbors Against Crime in partnership with the City of Binghamton's Parks and Recreation Department and 4th District City Council Member Lea Webb.  In it's 20th year, it has proven to be very popular and makes a big statement for the Binghamton area.

Children 12 years of age and under, accompanied by an adult, are welcome to hunt for 1,500 + candy filled Easter Eggs followed by light refreshments, door prizes and a BPD K-9 demonstration.  Bage will be provided for the Easter Egg Hunt and must be used,  A door prize ticket will be given to each registered child for a chance to win one of many treat filled baskets hand crafted and donated by Chrysa Linsky, Binghamton resident and NAC Volunteer.
