Craig Campbell Is Your Average Nice Guy

It's always sort of intimidating to meet a famous musician because you don't know what they're going to be like. Some musicians are humble and easy going and others are standoffish and downright rude. I'm happy to tell you that Craig Campbell is the first.

Last Friday, our marketing guy and weekend Hawk DJ, Kyle Mills, went to the our Buffalo sister station's Toyota Taste of Country and while he was there, Kyle had the chance to hang out with Craig Campbell. Kyle says that Craig was really cool, a little shorter than he expected, but very personable, not shy or stand-offish at all.

Kyle says that Craig hung out backstage with people for most of the day. He actually spent more time off his bus mingling that he did on it and Kyle said that Crag's easy going personality definitely makes him look even more forward to seeing Craig at the Hawk's Toyota Country Light's Festival July 10th at NYSEG Stadium.

If you're a big Craig Campbell fan and don't have your tickets to the Hawk's Toyota Country Lights Festival yet, why?!? Just think...you might be in the crowd listening to Frankie or Eric or Austin or Sundae Best and standing next to you could be Craig Campbell. You never know, right?
