I'm not so much a fan of the show 'Bones' because some of the images make my stomach toss, but I'm going to suck it up Friday night and it's all because of Charlie Worsham.

Charlie Worsham is hands down my favorite country musician. He's broken away from the current trending sound of country music and has taken his music back to it's roots. Oh, and he happens to be a phenomenal lyricist as well.

But back to 'Bones.' Charlie will guest star Friday night on the hit show.  In the episode, directed by David Boreanaz, Charlie will play Colin, an aspiring country singer who's death the ‘Bones’ team investigates.  When the team learns about the victim’s music career, it leads them to his record label, which, they discover, was deceitful in its dealings with him.

The episode of 'Bones' featuring Charlie will air this Friday January 17th at 8pm on Fox.

And by the way, if you're looking for a really good album to pop into your CD player and listen to on repeat, I highly suggest picking up Charlie's 'Rubberband.' It's my driving CD and one of the best of any genre of music I've listened to in several years. You'll recognize the song 'Could It Be," but make sure to also listen to "How I Learned to Pray" and "Mississippi in July." Both of those songs are my favorites on the album.
