It’s happened to all of us.  We’ve thought we were fat when we weren’t.  I finally got around to unpacking some boxes from when I moved here and found a picture of me at the age of 25.  At the time, I thought I was a disgusting fatty. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was skinner than I’ve ever been and now I look back and wish I had realized then how beautiful I was.

This doesn’t just happen to you and me- it happens to celebs too.  Take Jessica Alba for instance. I don’t think that girl has ever had an ugly day in her life, but that’s not how she sees it.

In the new issue of Health, Jessica Alba says, "I was a lot more critical of my body when it was probably pretty awesome." She went on to say, "That’s so crazy. I was so skinny! I didn’t have any cellulite… what was I thinking?!"

Jessica says she was "so self-conscious" in her younger days, and even refused to wear short skirts. But now at the age of 32, she says the 32-year-old mom says, "I’m a lot more confident in my skin because who cares? At the end of the day, it’s so much time spent on something that really doesn’t matter that much."

I think that Jessica is stunning and too hard on herself, but then again, we all are, aren't we?
