With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I'm sure you've been reading right here about healthy ways to make changes in your life and how to cope with this form of cancer that effects millions of women every year. There's a loyal group of breast cancer survivors and friends of survivors that get together every year to do a big Zumba fundraiser in Vestal every year and it's coming up again this Saturday.
