Caroline Olsen Signs With Mount Vernon Nazarene

Union-Endicott student-athlete Caroline Olsen will continue her academic and athletic career at Mount Vernon Nazarene University in the fall.

The 3 year varsity soccer starter signed her National Letter of Intent in the UE High School Library and will suit up for the Lady Cougars in 2015.

Olsen, a shutdown defender for the Tigers, was a co-captain this past fall and is also a 4 year Scholar-Athlete. Besides playing for the school, Caroline was a 4 year starter for the Greater Binghamton United Football Club at the Greater Binghamton Sports Complex.

After 3 straight years winning the girls championship, the team actually competed against all boys teams this past season in the Under-18 division.

Caroline will study Nursing at Mount Vernon Nazarene. The daughter of Jennifer and John Olsen of Endicott is the third UE student-athlete to sign a NLI this year.
