‘Boo At The Zoo’ At Ross Park Zoo Weekends In October

Why wait until the end of Hawktober to get excited for Halloween? The Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park is starting the Halloween fun beginning this weekend.

The Binghamton Zoo will be holding the Family Boo  this weekend and the next two weekends as well.  During all three weekends, the zoo will be set up from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, for child friendly Halloween entertainment.  It's great for kids of all ages.  There'll be storytelling by friendly witches, pumpkin bowling, even apple bobbing races and so much more. Kids  that attend in costume can enter a costume contest for a chance to win prizes. There'll be face painting, ghostly miniature golf, crafts, and much more!

New this year at Ross Park will be themes for the kids.  This weekend it's Mermaids and Pirates.  Next weekend it's Monsters and Dragons and Princesses too.  Hawktober 20th and 21st, it's Superheroes.  The Boo at the Zoo runs 10-4, Saturday and Sunday.  Don't forget the final weekend (Friday the 26th and Saturday the 27th) will be the Night Boo at the Zoo.  To find out more about all the weekend  events go to www.rossparkzoo.com.  Come to the Zoo it'll be Boooooootiful time.
