Binghamton Child Care Under State Investigation

The New York State Office for Children and Family has launched an investigation of ABC Child Care and Learning Center on Upper Front Street in Binghamton and on Hooper Road in Endwell. The business had 24 violations at the Binghamton location and 18 at the Endwell location that have not been corrected since its April 13th inspection.

Some of the violations included were not feeding misbehaving children as a punishment, children being left without supervision, and using demeaning, humiliating and frightening techniques for toilet training children.
