After more than 40 years on TV, “All My Children” and “One Life to Live” were both canceled. However, in January of 2013, soap fans might get to see the return of the shows online.

Prospect Park, the production company behind FX’s “Wilfred” and USA’s “Royal Pains,” has secured a deal to bring the two series back but you'll only be able to catch them on the web.  Still, if you're a hardcore fan, it's better than nothing, right?

You might remember that  "All My Children” ended with a cliffhanger last September after its 41-year run. “One Life to Live” ended its 43-year run on January 13th this year on the same network.
