Accused Rapist Arrested in Kirkwood

You might remember last week that I told you New York State Police were asking for help in finding an accused rapist.  That man has been found.

Late Thursday, New York State Police arrested Michael Degnan who was wanted for forcible rape of a 14 year old female in the Port Crane area on June 8, 2013.

Degnan was found in Kirkwood after being on the run for more than a week.
