If you follow me on Facebook you saw the line I posted to get into Wal*mart on Thanksgiving night. If you missed it:

Around 6:30 P.M. that evening, 23 year old Richard Ramos was at a Walmart in Garfield, New Jersey, and got into an argument with another customer over who was going to buy a TV. It was getting pretty intense and looked like it could get violent, so a store manager came over to deal with things.

Now, here's where it get's bad. The cops were already stationed at all Walmarts across the country and were dealing with another situation in this store.  Over in the baby clothes section, two women got into a fight and one of the women spat on the other woman's kid.

The cops left that situation to stop Richard's situation from escalating, and he fought the police... HARD.  They had to use pepper spray to get him down.

He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, aggravated assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest.

There's no word on whether charges were filed against the woman who was spitting on children, or if she managed to get away while the cops were distracted.
