A Local Music Video That Has ‘The Cowboy’ in It

They are a local band named YoLK and they shot this video here in town. The very first scene, shows our beloved 'Cowboy'. This man would walk up and down the streets of the Southern Tier with full belt and Fake six shooters strapped to his hips. Most said he had some mental issues but he never hurt anyone. We all wonder if he passed away or is just still wandering the streets without the hat and six shooters?

Also the video was shot at the old Cheers Pub! Who remembers that?
