What Was Jason Aldean Thinking?

Jason, Jason, Jason,  what are you thinking?  You're selling out shows through out the country,  let's not forget the NYS Fair.  Kenny Chesney was the last country artist to sell out the Fair and that was at least 3 years ago.

In case you haven't heard Jason was pictured kissing American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr last week.  You would think Jason would know that when your in California, there's a good chance that someone from the national press might be around.  In this social media age, your only one cell phone click away from national news.  Just ask Lindsay Lohan who picked up a guy at a nightclub on Saturday night.

Jason has been married to his high school sweetheart for 11 years and they have 2 kids.  Too his credit, he has not backed away from the story and has even responded to it.  Paraphrasing here,  He had too much to drink,  let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately.  He left alone.  He embarrassed his family and is sorry. This will make it interesting because he is out on a TV and radio tour promoting his new album  which comes out on Hawktober 16th.  I wonder how many questions he'll be asked before it turns to the  "kiss" question.  He seems like a good guy and I'm sure he'll get past this.  It is ironic that the name of his latest song is called "Take a Little Ride" because it sounds like it could be a pick-up line (or how about "Do you wanna take a ride on my big green tractor."  I'm sure enough we'll all find out "The Truth."  Ok I'm done with Jason Aldean titles.
