This weekend is the end of Daylight Saving Time. And you'd think that setting the clocks back and giving everyone an extra hour of sleep would be a good thing. I guess not everyone loves it like I do.

According to a new survey, 49% of people say they hate when we set the clocks back. Two-thirds of people say it actually makes them sleepier, since it starts getting dark earlier.

The survey also found the top five things we do once it starts getting dark earlier. Check 'em out:

1. Watch more TV, 59%.

2. Spend more time on the Internet, 41%.

3. Decorate our houses, 40%.

4. Actually use the fireplace for a fire, 36%.

5. Read more books, 34%.

Oh . . . and check this out. 4% of people get so depressed after the time change they call their therapist.
