Woman Convicted in Meth. Dealing Case Arrested for Violating Parole

A Walton woman is being held without bail after being found in violation of her probation last week.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 33-year-old Nikita Kingsbury had been arrested in September, 2019 in connection with trafficking methamphetamine from a Sidney apartment.

During the month-long investigation, sheriff’s officials say they seized over five ounces from the apartment on Union Street and arrested Kingsbury and several others.

Kingsbury had been charged and convicted of criminal possession of a controlled substance and placed on probation in December.

She was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on May 28.
