Broome County Sheriff’s officials say a report of a suspicious person in a parking lot in the Town of Windsor has turned up a fugitive wanted by Pennsylvania State Police.

Sheriff’s Deputies were called at 4:04 p.m. June 17 and found a 32-year-old man who said he was Mario Darder IV.

Authorities found the Windsor man was wanted on active warrants in Pennsylvania for possession or manufacture of methamphetamine and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Broome Deputies say they found Darder in possession of a small amount of heroin and a small amount of methamphetamine when they arrested him.

He’s charged with two misdemeanor drug possession counts and under a fugitive from justice warrant.
