According to the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert, Janice was last spotted walking on Tracy Creek Road in the Town of Vestal, Broome County, at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14. She was described as 5'2" and 145 lbs, with black hair and blue eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing: A purple winter jacket, blue jeans, white sneakers, and a white knit hat.
