Vestal Festival Returns with Vendors, Food, and Time Capsule

Vestal Festival is back and better than ever! The festival will take place on Saturday, June 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Front Street in Vestal, where the community will come together to celebrate local spirit, friendship, and good times.

A Street Packed with Vendors and Local Flavors

Get ready to stroll along Front Street, which will be lined with over 150 vendor booths offering everything from handmade crafts and unique goods to fresh local products. Whether you’re hunting for a one-of-a-kind gift or just want to browse, there will be something for everyone.

A variety of food trucks will also be parked and ready to serve up tasty meals and snacks throughout the day. And to keep the energy high, a DJ will be playing music to keep festivalgoers entertained.

A Special Moment: The 25-Year Time Capsule Unveiling

At 11:00 a.m., everyone is invited to gather by the gazebo in Memorial Park for a truly meaningful event, the opening of a 25-year-old time capsule. Dedicated to retired Vestal police Sgt. Omar Lightner, who passed away in 1999, this time capsule offers a rare and touching glimpse into Vestal’s history and community memories.
