I don't know. I just don't get some of these "fantastic" new viral trends. Some of them are funny and harmless, but others are just ridiculous and painful. Why someone would want to do something that hurts on the off chance that it'll garner a few laughs is beyond me.

I'm totally turning into an angry, get-off-my-lawn crotchety old lady, aren't I?

Anyway, the latest social media challenge is called the Lego Treadmill Challenge, and it’s one any parent with small kids can probably relate to...and, not in a positive way.

Have you ever stepped on a Lego? Those little suckers hurt. So much. Like, I've seen grown men accidentally step on one in bare feet and choke back tears. The pain is so real that a company actually made a special pair of Lego slippers to protect from the hurt.

If you’ve survived stepping on Legos, you're probably like me and can't fathom the idea of people doing it willingly, but here’s how it works if you want to do it. You’ll need to set up a treadmill and then grab two friends. One friend will "help" by pouring Legos on the treadmill as you run barefoot, and the other will video your pain.
