Teen Ticketed for Non-Transparent Windshield in Delaware County
A Sullivan County teen is accused of driving drunk in a vehicle with a "non-transparent windshield" in Delaware County.
Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a roll-over crash in the Town of Colchester early on September 29 that was reported through an On-Star system.
Authorities found the vehicle ran off Cat Hollow Road (County Highway 7) near Jug Tavern Road, went into a ditch and rolled over.

19-year-old Parker Rosencranse of Roscoe is accused of driving while intoxicated and was ticketed for failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely and having a "non-transparent front windshield".
Neither Rosencranse, nor his juvenile passenger was injured.
