New York State Police Seek Help Locating Missing Windsor Man
Update: According to New York State Police, Cartrette was found safe.
In a statement issued by the New York State Police in Sidney, officials are turning to the public and asking for help in locating 29-year-old Joshua Cartrette of Windsor.
Cartrette was last seen by family members around 9:30pm on Monday, March 21, 2016 at his home at 67 Kent Street in the Town of Windsor, Broome County.
Cartrette is described as being a white male who stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and has a medium build. Cartrette has brown hair and eyes and police say he has multiple tattoos on his right arm, left arm, chest and right leg.
There's a chance that Cartrette might be driving a red 2002 Chevrolet 1500 single cab pickup truck with Pennsylvania plates that read ZHP9513. Police also mention that the truck has a square hole cut in the passenger side and that the hole is located near the rear wheel well.
