According to their findings, New York finished in the 4th position on the Lottery Win Index, scoring a little over 59 points out of 100. This suggests that the Empire State might have a touch of lottery luck in the air.

California claimed the top spot on the list with a score of 67.57, with Florida and New Hampshire following closely behind, New Yorkers can take pride in knowing that the Empire State is a promising place for potential lottery winners.
