Hey New Yorkers, I have a question for you. With less daylight and more nighttime, do you find yourself feeling  sleepy at work? Have you ever felt like sneaking in a quick nap at work to get through the day?

Well, don't feel bad about that because you are not alone. A recent survey by MattressNextDay opened our eyes about taking a nap during the work day in the United States.

Kentucky takes the crown as the nap champ, with nearly half of its workers admitting that they take some time for a little daytime snooze action. However, New York is also in the game, with nearly 25% (23.60% to be exact) of workers joining the nap squad.

But fear not, tired and weary workers! Martin Seeley, the sleep guru at MattressNextDay has some nifty tips to help keep you shining bright like a diamond at your workplace. For one thing, stick to a regular sleep routine, wind down with a reliable and consistent bedtime ritual, and cut down on screen time before hitting the hay.

So, New Yorkers, with the nap trend on the rise, could daylight savings be playing tricks on your sleep schedule? I think it is and I would be fine if they stopped all that spring ahead, fall back silliness. How about you?
