Montrose Church Community Christmas Celebration

Endless Mountains United Methodist church has extended an invitation to the community to join them at the Fairdale United Methodist church on Sunday December 14th from 4pm-8pm for a free Christmas Celebration.

Fairdale United Methodist is located at the corner of Route 706 and Ridge Road, about five miles south of Montrose.

As part of the celebration, the youth group with present "The Most Wonderful Time" which is an original 35 minute production featuring both puppetry and well known and loved Christmas songs.

A free dinner of baked ham, scalloped potatoes as well as all the fixings will be offered in the fellowship hall. Gluten free and Vegan free meals will be available by request. In order to accommodate as many guests as possible, meals will be served at either 4pm or 5pm.

In addition to the free meal and original production, there will be a presentation of "Noel: A Night of Everlasting Love" by the Wally Gordon Community Singers. "Noel" is based on the "Candlelight Processional" that is presented each year at Epcot in Disney World. In addition to the Wally Gordon Singers (there are 40 members!), thirteen instrumentalists from around Northeast PA will also lend their talents.

All of the events of this Christmas Celebration are completely free to those in attendance, but a free offering will be collected to benefit the Endless Mountain United Methodist Youth Group.
