The Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Binghamton is a not-for-profit organization and are a partner agency of the United Way and the Jewish Federation of Broome County. They serve the community at large regardless of age, race, religion and sexual orientation.

They are having an event which will help the bonding experience between the parents and their children. It's a Little Brush, Big Brush adult/child painting class on Sunday, November 4th from 1 to 3 p.m.

Everyone is welcome to attend and children must be at least five years old to register. The class is run by JCC youth director and licensed art educator Lynette Errante. Here is your chance for any adult and child to complete their own painting with the help by art teachers.

Check this out, when everyone is done painting, they will make one image by putting them together. Two canvases, all paint and brushes along with light refreshments will be provided.

You must pre-register and prepay at the JCC Main Office to ensure space, so call (607) 724-2417 ext. 110. All proceeds from the class benefit the JCC youth department, which mostly consists of their after school programs called Kids Connection.

No painting experience needed and it's only $55 a pair for both members and non-members of the center. For more info about Little Brush, Big Brush, JCC  or JCC Youth Programming, go here.
